George Walter Hinckley (1853-1950) studied at Yale and became an ordained Baptist minister.
He moved to Maine in 1883 and founded his school in 1889.
The book has chapters on trips to Sebasticook Lake, Cobbosseecontee, Sebec, Pleasant Pond and more with photographs of some of the sites.
A very good copy with a faint stain to the lower spine and some wear to the spine tips.
The text is very good with some light soiling and a few small corner folds.
