The author had died more than a decade prior to publication, so the book could not be signed. Black cloth with gold gilt spine lettering/decoration [Currey ""A"" binding], 270 pages. A Near Fine copy with ""1st ed."" [underscored] added to the copyright page whose pre-printed 1952 and FIRST EDITION words have been underscored, and with ""Died Dec 14, 1945"" [underscored] added to the limitation leaf whose pre-printed First Edition words have been underscored in Fine Dust Wrapper.
