Roger Marshall and his girl friend fall into a sunspot when his Instantaneous Flight Machine malfunctions. They encounter a race of humans engaged in a grim war, with the Sun Queen battling the grim forces of the Black Knights. If you have not noticed, this is a pulp novel. The original color illustrated dust jacket (not price clipped) is in a clear protective cover. This book is in my inventory and the images are of this particular item. *** Red cloth boards, Fine condition. Jacket has light to moderate soil, some chipping at spine ends (no loss), wear at corners, three short closed tears on edges repaired on verso with archival tape. The jacket was cut 3/8 of an inch taller than the covers, hence there is a crease running across the top of the jacket. G+ condition. *** 7.25 inches tall by 5 inches.
