Very rare original antique 1889 botany book. The book is overall in very good condition with just some minor signs of wear and age. The covers only have some minor wear. The binding is good and sound. There is some foxing to the endpapers and a penciled notation to one of the blank flyleaves. The interior is lightly toned from age but generally nice and clean with just some occasional light foxing & grubbiness. Along with that there may be the very occasional page with some kind of minor imperfection, such as a tiny chip or tear, creased page corner, light bit of soiling, etc. Generally though, it's a nice copy. The book measures approximately 6 1/2 inches by 4 1/4 inches and is 160 pages long with 20 additional pages of ads at the rear.
