CONTENTS DESCRIPTION: Byron "Shorty" Stork was a Montana cowboy in the early 20 Century, as well as "Spokane's Painter of Western Scenes". Here is his account of his early life in Montana and on the range as a cowhand, rancher, miner, lumberman and railroad worker. Illustrated with example of his work.
