The United States Postal Service honored Ayn Rand on a 33¢ stamp issued April 22, 1999, the 16th stamp in the Literary Art series. Ayn Rand's recognition as a literary giant and the artistry of Nick Gaetano unite here in this unique work with 4 Original ""First Day of Issue"" envelopes signed by Gaetano. Not a Limited Edition release. This is the only one we've ever seen. Nick Gaetano is a prolific illustrator known for his distinctive art deco style. In addition to his Ayn Rand postage stamp, he has designed for magazines, advertising, book covers, logos, posters, and hooked rugs.
