The spine and top edge gilding is bright.
Binding is tight and square, with usual shelfwear.
Top and bottom beveled edges of boards are sunned to purple.
DJ is missing pieces but is substantially intact.
Charles Napier Robinson (1849-1936) was an English journalist and story writer.
After a career in the Royal Navy, during which he achieved the rank of Commander, he became a journalist, specializing in naval matters.
