McCord in gratitude for your good contribution to the reformed faith February 28, 1962 Nobuo Watanabe." Laid in is a publication announcement (in English), as well as a small pamphlet titled "Calvin" issued as No. 2, two "reader cards," and a sales slip from the publisher (all printed in Japanese).
