1st edition, 1 of a limited 500 copies. Slim 8vo. size, 126 pp. Near fine and unread. Yellow cloth boards. Lawrence's theatrical retelling of the biblical story of David, Goliath, and Saul. There is a single very small brown mark on the spine, the gutters are slightly bubbled and browned, and the half-title and final page are browned. Also there is a very small bookshop plate on the back pastedown. Otherwise the book is in very nice condition, with no wear to the covers, and the text otherwise quite clean. More importantly, the books has never been read through, as 4 sets of pages have never been cut. In a very slightly soiled dj with a few chips, tears, and spindling along the extremities, further protected in a Brodart sleeve. A rare find in this unread condition.
