Very good selection of five vintage, original first edition post war 'Just William' volumes by Richmal Crompton. All books are in at least very good condition although none have dust jackets. They are all in the original first printing green boards, as called for, and the later three have the illustration of William to the spine. The books are numbered according to their position in the overall William series. Book 25: William and the Brains Trust, April 1945, darker green cover as called for. Book 26: Just William's Luck, April 1948. Book 27: William the Bold, July 1950. Has gift inscription. Book 30: William and the Space Animal, September 1956.
