Fiske & Lee [?])" Anne Crawford Flexner (1874-1955) was a successful American playwright and an early advocate of the women's suffrage movement.
This was her first produced play.
It was produced and staged by Minnie Fiske, who also played the title role.
A modern retelling of Homer's Odyssey which later influenced James Joyce's Ulysses.
Bound in the original blue cloth with the bright gilt title stamped to cover and spine, along with a lovely embossed floral design.
