[New York]: Harcourt, Brace and Company, 1958. First Edition, stated. Octavo (20.9 cm), xvi, 231pp. Black publisher's dust jacket intact with price ($4.50) and author's photo on the back flap. Boards bound in light teal paper with a light teal cloth backed spine and silver stamping on spine only; blind stamping on front cover. Dust jacket creased, bumped, and rubbed at all margins, joints, and spine ends; lightly toned at the margins; covers scratched with minimal lifting. Verso toned, most significantly at the spine with some water marks. Board corners and spine ends bumped. Covers lightly soiled with toning at all margins. Spine cloth discolored to tan. Some inert water damage to back cover at margins; paper has rubbed away some at the bottom margin. All edges foxed with minor scratches. Endsheets foxed but most other pages remain clean. A Very Good copy in a Very Good dust jacket. Signed and inscribed by William Morris on the first free endsheet to Armour Craig in 1958.
