Spanish edition of 'Man and Machine'.
Large landscape 4to.
in dark grey boards with black and white lettering.
Dark blue end-papers and 116pp on stiff art paper, mainly finely printed b/w photos of people working with machines.
This has an uncommonly interesting inscription by Cartier Bresson, written in Catalan to 'Juan de la Ribouera - su servidor y affectuasamente Henrique de Chinga y Bresson'.
Juan de la Ribouera is a humourous name for the recipient in the same vein as signing himself as Henrique de Chinga y Bresson.
He has also crossed out 'El Hombre' from the title and written above it 'muyeres, cabrones' (loosely translated as 'women, you bastards').
Bresson clearly not happy with the title (reportedly he wanted it to be 'People and Machines') .
