Hardcover, a unique copy which is inscribed and dated by the author to his in-laws.
He married Jane Warren in 1923 and the inscription reads: "With love to Mother and Dad Warren from Ernest Pascal, Feb 18, 1927".
Purple cloth boards shows only light fading to spine and minor bumping to corners.
There's also a small pinhole in the lower right corner of the rear board.
The internal binding is good, no hinge cracks at boards.
No other handwriting other than that from the author.
The pages are toned due to age and there is foxing and toning present on both end pages and pastedowns with the front end page showing some rectangular shadows, presumably from where a piece of paper once sat.
This is a one-of-a-kind item.
