A clean and crisp hardback first UK edition in a lightly shelf worn dust jacket, which has not been price-clipped and is protected by a non-adhesive transparent sleeve.
There are no previous ownership names, but there is the feint shadow of some old pencilled bookseller's codes at the top of the front free endpaper (pictured).
The protected dust jacket is lightly creased and rubbed at the extremities, a little sunned on the spine.
Overall, a very good first UK edition in a dust jacket which has some light shelf wear.
