Air Vice-Marshall Harvey was international commissioner of Scouts Canada, and in 1974 was presented with the Bronze Wolf Award for outstanding service to international Scouting. Blue cloth w/silver decoration to front cover, silver lettering to spine, 223 pages (including selected reading list, index). Light wear to corners/spine ends, dampstaining/fading to cover edges, tanned edges, in lightly edgeworn dust jacket w/moderately sunned spine, flaked folds, 1"" tear to top edge of rear panel, a couple of other shorter tears.
