Cloth at the bottom of the spine and bottom corner tips lightly worn. The jacket is bright. Top and bottom of spine with crease lines and chipping. Corner tips rubbed. Crease line top of front panel. Top of rear panel is creased. Small chipping and creasing along the bottom of the rear panel. Very Good copy in Very Good- dust jacket. Signed on the title page by the author/illustrator. Winner of the 1975 Caldecott Medal. When I first contacted Gerald, he was in France but would sign my 1887 Caldecott Book and this copy when he got back to the States. In the 1887 book he has drawn a picture of a Raven and then signed and dated it 3/20/12/. He died later that winter. Shipped in a well-padded box.
