Snug square binding, red cloth spine hardly any wear at all, yellow paper covers only very minor signs of soiling, corners just a little rubbing (bottom corners worst, just breaking through).
Excepting two consecutive pages each with a rather neatly taped 2-inch lower edge tear (35-36 & 37-38), very nice interior throughout.
