Description
Signed and dated in 1931 by the author with a dedication to a former teacher 'from his pupil.' The front panel of the boards has a heavy bump to the bottom right corner. The corners of the boards are a little rubbed with slight fraying. Fading and some edge rubbing to the spine. Browning to the page edges with some dark spotting to the fore edges. Quite heavy browning to the half-title page and the equivalent page at the back of the book. Spotting to the first page of the text and there is some light scattered spotting in a few places through the book - the pages are a little browned but are otherwise generally clean and unmarked. No jacket. First printing.
