Heavy baseball coverage in early issues. Regular track & field coverage by BILL BOWERMAN. Virtually every significant Oregon baseball, football or basketball player, and most other athletes of the era are mentioned and/or pictured in at least one issue. Covers the ENTIRE state, not just the more heavily populated Western portion BW photos throughout.
