1932 first edition signed and inscribed by the author in1932. 113-page text in good, tight, clean condition, with only a few light fox speckles on a few pages. Illustrated from photographs. Tipped-in on the front blank end paper is a 1970 invoice from natural history bookdealer W.D.G.Evans, who then sold the book for 2 guineas! Binding in good+, tight, clean condition, with some browning around the edges and on the spine. Chapter heads include Geneva's Birds, The Golden Oriokle, The Hoopoe, Honey Buzzards, Shrikes, Woodpeckers, Fishing, Beagling and Pig. See photographs attached. (GA)
