Very good plus book in very good dust jacket.
Red russet cloth covered boards with gilt lettering and graphics against a black panel on spine.
Upper page edges are black tinted.
The upper and lower edges of spine are sunned in the same place where the dust jacket spine has loss.
Uppermost edge at head of spine is split and with small amount of fraying.
Lower edge at tail of spine is lightly crimped.
External side and lower page edges are age-toned.
End papers have shadow transfers and darkening from glue residue.
Pages 102-103 have shadow transfers from inserted clippings.
Text pages are age-toned else very clean.
Text block is sound.
Dust jacket is soiled and sunned, more noticeable against the light background of the back panel.
Head of jacket spine has triangular loss of 1 1/2" by up to 1/2" and adjacent L-shaped closed tear along the back of spine fold and across the width of spine, 1" by 1 1/2".
Tail of jacket spine is chipped with loss of up to 1/4".
Lower right corner of back jacket panel has a 1/2" closed vertical tear.
Upper right fore-edge corner and adjacent upper edge of back panel has loss of 3/4" by up to 3/8" and an adjacent closed vertical tear of 1 5/8".
Upper edge of back panel has a 1/2" closed vertical tear to the right of center and additional small amount of loss in the upper right corner next to head of jacket spine.
Upper right front fore-edge corner is rubbed and with loss of 1/8".
Price of $2.00 is intact.
The other three inside flap corners are clipped.
