Printed on Mirage Antique paper in an edition of 499 copies of which #1-149 have been SIGNED by both the author and the illustrator on the title page.
50 of these copies (numbered I to L) have been reserved for the collaborators.
This is copy V and is inscribed and initialed by the publisher (Trevor Weston) on the colophon - 'and is for Jeanette'.
