Condition: Very good, inscribed on the title page to the previous owners by William Ferris and dated 2020. 120pp. Many b/w and several colour illustrations. The 3 CDs are all present (Blues, Storytelling, Gospel) the DVD is entitled " Films". The presentation box is in good condition except that it has a vertical tear to the cloth of the top right corner of the box (see image). This set represents the life's work of William Ferris, an audio recordist, filmmaker, folklorist, and teacher with an unwavering commitment to establish and to expand the study of the American South.
