RAILROADS THE MOHAWK & HUDSON SARATOGA AND SCHENECTADY LARKIN 1995 1ST. I am back to listing railroad related books and here is another of them (there must now be well over 100 listed), this one, actually quite a scarce issue (only one found onling) and titled: “Pioneer American Railroads: The Mohawk and Hudson & Saratoga and Schenectady,” by F. Daniel Larkin. This large hard cover book (8 ¾ x 11 ¼ inches, 95 pages) was published by the Purple Mountain Press of Fleischmanns, New York, dated 1995 and the First Edition (so stated). This book is bound in glossy, pink papered boards with black titles and a b&w image on the cover. This book is well illustrated with many diagrams and drawings of early railroad achievements and prospects. Condition: This book is in near fine condition. The only real flaw is a tiny bump to the lower right-hand corner of the hard covers. There are no other blemishes or marks to speak of. You will not be disappointed on condition.
