Here is another book about arts & crafts in Yugoslavia; please find: "Traditional Arts and Crafts in Yugoslavia" by Nikola Pantelic with photographs by Miodrag Djordjevic.
This large hard cover book is housed in a colorful cardboard slipcase and doubtless owes its good condition to that protection.
The book is lavishly illustrated throghout with color photographs, with well over 200 illustrations in the course of its 200 pages.
In addition to the captions for each of the plates, there is extensive text discussing the background of the various regional centers of art.
Condition: This book is in very good conditon.
The slipcase has born the brunt of the wear and tear over the years but is still whole and doing its job.
There is plenty of edge wear and some minor splitting at the opening.
The dust jacket is clean and bright but has a small tear at the top of its spine.
The hard covers are almost without blemish save some minor bumping to the bottom corners.
Inside, the book is unmarked and the pages and plates are clean and bright throughout, without toning or foxing.
Both hinges are intact and the binding is tight and sound.
This book is not ex-library or a remainder.
