Crisp titles in deep blue over brown cloth with vignette of gnome with walking stick over flaring blue orb in b.g. Small Pegasus steed vignette at heel above H and Harrap. Thick deckled leaves very good; toning inside covers. Antiquarian bordered bookplate at front blank endpaper: ""S. Mary's Girls' School, Barnsley, Progress Prize. Presented to Dorothy Hoyle, J. 3., Date: 1939."" Bind good, square; hinges intact.
