The book has been hand signed by Anna Bird Stewart on the front free end page in green ink. There is a beautiful doily page between the front end page and the title page. There are a couple of the pages that have small stains and a small area of wear on the back end page. The boards are in fair condition with edge wear and stains. The binding is tight and square.
