Numbered copy of an edition limited to 330 copies (300 numbered, 26 lettered, 4 named).

Cheever insisted on paper covered boards and this was the only S&O edition so bound.
As with all S&O editions, the slipcases were hand made by Ralph Sylvester and only accompanied the lettered and named copies.
