INCLUDES the errata slip provided with this book as it is a First Issue, with FIRST STATE ERRORS on pages 218, 228 and 231-232 (these errors were corrected in later first printings, so only the TRUE first issues have them.
It would be VERY difficult, if not impossible, to find this book's equal.
