My Brother's Keeper by Stanislaus Joyce, Hardcover, First UK Edition (1958). The book is Edited, with an Introduction by Richard Ellmann, with a Preface by T. S. Eliot. Book in very good condition, in a poor unclipped dust jacket. The book has some bumping to the spine ends, with ageing to the inside covers and page edges. There is a previous owner's name to the inside front page. The dust jacket shows heavy wear and ageing, including internally, with a significant loss to the top of the spine, and some nicks and minor losses to the hinges and other extremities. There is a mark to the bottom of the back cover where it appears a sticker has been removed. (See pictures). James Joyce's younger brother, Professor Stanislaus Joyce, was engaged on this memoir at the time of his death in 1955. It is therefore uncompleted.
