A Very Good copy in the original cloth, lettered in gilt, front embossed. This is an exceptional copy, loosely inserted are two small photographs of climbers - I have been unable to ascertain whether they include one or more of the Abraham's, but it is likely. Attached to the front free end paper is titled ""A Great Climb on the Pillar"" which includes George D. Abraham amongst the climbers, this is underlined under the name of A.E. Field and the date ""7th Jan 1899"" is added. To the top of this end paper is the inscription ""30/10/19 With Best Wishes from the author Geo. D Abraham"" An exceptional copy of this work from an important family of key climbers. Neate A07.
