Square, tight and clean throughout with mild wear to edges and tips. Some scuffing to rear board. A hint of page toning but barely. Light off-setting to end-papers. Tiny stain on for-edge. Hand-written signed letter in original mailing envelope which has been tipped onto the front paste-down. The letter is written on a 10"" x 6.5"" sheet of notepaper folded in half so four pages of test are written; then folded again to fit in the envelope. The letter is to one Elizabeth Parkington, (with her small bookplate on the front paste-down above the envelope), The content appears to be simple small talk between two friends. A beautiful collectable copy at a great price.
