First UK Edition in dustwrapper priced 12s 6d net to the inside flap. pp 288. Publisher's blue cloth with gilt titles to spine. No inscriptions. A tiny bit of fading at the base of the spine (matching a tiny chip in the dustwrapper) otherwise a close to fine copy. Gilt to the spine bright, clear and un-faded. A lovely example. The near fine dustwrapper is rubbed at the tip of the spine with the red lettering faded to a lighter hue. There is a tiny chip at the base of the spine that removes part of the publisher's name. Beautifully clean back panel. Looks much nicer than it sounds and a really bright, attractive copy. Further photographs available upon request.
