INSCRIBED by Davidson to art dealer, John Norton, with a tipped-in frontispiece of an original proof print by Pat Merrill, after a Borien drawing. A couple faint marks on the silk cover. Harold Davidson began accumulating the work of Edward Borein in the late 1950s. He became the acknowledged authority on Borein's work. This catalogue contains the price lists for Borein's works, sold and authenticated by Davidson from 1964 1994.
