With the very rare black illustrated dustjacket, not dated but 1919, one of 250 copies signed by the illustrator of the de Luxe edition, tipped-in colour frontispiece & 11 plates, illustrations & pictorial endpapers, all by Thomas Mackenzie, captioned tissue-guards, original pictorial buckram, gilt, t.e.g., others uncut, few very small marks, some light bumping to spine ends & corners, dust-jacket, slight fraying & some small chips or tears to head and foot, else excellent. With the American publishers name (Brentano's) at spine base (printed & published in the UK along with the remainder). (334*260 mm).
