Description

One of 220 copies, large octavo size, 63 pp., with postcard announcement from the Press. Philip Levine (1928-2015), poet, and teacher, born in working-class Detroit, would go on to be the Poet Laureate of the United States for 2011-2012, winner of the Pulitzer Prize for Poetry in 1995 and the National Book Award for Poetry in 1980 - among many other awards.
