Rebound in later blue cloth boards with gilt lettering on spine. Page dimensions: 208 x 129mm. Page edges sprinkled in red. [NB: The issue numbering is consecutive across the volume numbers, with the last issue of Volume I being number 6, and the first issue of Volume III being number 10. After the Volume II, number 6 issue, there is a gap in publication until March 1921 when Volume III, number 10 was issued.) Original 1895-1896 printings, rebound in later blue cloth boards.
