First edition, 1947, with first state unclipped DJ (author looking to his left on rear DJ; $2.00 on flap). DJ is bright and near fine with repaired closed tear on top edge and other light wear including light rubbing, edge wear, and sunning/toning, see photos. HC is very good+ with light wear (small tear on front end paper where it appears a sticker removed, interior pages excellent, clean and bright, light toning, no marks. Please review photos as our grading is stricter than other listed copies of this edition.
