Hardcover, original 1823 publication still in its original full leather binding.
Leather is still soft with minor edge and corner wear, spine is darkened.
Leather has not been treated, at least in the last 50 years, and could use a little cleaning.
Internal binding is good, no hinge issues found.
Pages are toned due to age and scattered foxing is present throughout with the worst being the end pages and pastedowns.
Front pastedown contains the signatures of the first two original owner which appears to read as Andrew B.
Martin.
No other handwriting found in the book.
Rear pastedown and end page quite soiled.
This is an attractive copy despite the soiling.

This is volume 6 only as each volume was published independent of each other and over a range of multiple years.
