DATED, INSCRIBED and SIGNED by Asbury on both the front and rear endpapers; and it includes a separate hand-typed, 5 page paper of his remarks to the Cincinnati Country Club 11/19/70, which is both initialed and signed by Asbury.
He was a prominent surgeon who graduated from the University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine in the early 1900s, as well as a writer and 45 year member of the Literary Club of Cincinnati, Ohio.
